In our treatment for sleep apnea, we use oral airway dilating appliances. And it's kind of the idea behind CPR where we actually take and move the lower jaw forward and open up that airway. It's a very comfortable appliance. It sits over the lower and the upper teeth. It allows us to open that airway. We titrate it forward and give the patient to a point where they're in a very safe range for their sleeping. It's portable. It's very easy to travel with. And a lot of our patients prefer that over something like a CPAP or surgery.
