Dr. Buske has received world-class training in occlusion and full mouth rehabilitation at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies and completed an Implantology preceptorship the University of Texas, San Antonio.
Known for his excellence in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Buske has cultivated professional relationships with some of the premier ceramists and lab technicians in America. With his advanced training and artistic eye combined with our minimally invasive technology, Dr. Buske can easily transform your smile and confidence.
Dr. Buske is not only a highly skilled and accredited dentist that can completely rehabilitate your smile, but he’s also one of the nicest guys in Granbury. His warm smile welcomes you and makes you feel comfortable, and his compassion extends from his heart to yours.

Dr. Okada grew up in Wheaton, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. He holds degrees in Biochemistry (Knox College) and Cell and Molecular Biology (Tulane University). He earned his DMD at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2016. Dr. Okada followed up his dental studies with a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Lancaster General Hospital and is excited about joining the Granbury Dental Center team.
Dr. Okada’s favorite aspects of practicing dentistry include using the latest technology to give patients the highest-quality results possible and working with awesome team members who are extremely experienced, skilled, genuine, and caring.
Dr. Okada met his wonderful wife, Nao, in Japan. In his spare time, they enjoy camping, hiking, traveling, cooking and shopping for food, and spending time with their two cats.
Dr. Robert Grammer received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Texas A&M University before earning his DDS from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Grammer’s mission throughout his career is to treat everybody with honesty, integrity, and compassion. He wants to use his expertise to help patients achieve the smile they have always wanted.
One of Dr. Grammer’s favorite quotes about life is from Heartsill Wilson: “This is the beginning of a new day. God has given me this day to do as I will. I can waste it or use it for good. What I do today is very important because I am exchanging a day of my life for it. When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever, leaving something in its place I have traded for it. I want it to be a gain, not a loss – good, not evil. Success, not failure, in order that I shall not regret the price I paid for it.”
When Dr. Grammer is not at work, chances are you’ll find him outside somewhere. He enjoys fishing, boating, hiking, skiing, and horseback riding. He is also an avid triathlete who has competed in six Ironman triathlons.
